Postage is charged at £1.95 per address for most parts of the UK. EU rates vary by country. Please see our postage page for more details.
Unfortunately border restrictions prevent us from sending food items outside the EU, particularly to the USA. It is also prohibitively expensive to ship overseas because our puddings are so heavy and time-sensitive!
Simply order a pudding & ship to a different address or contact us with your gift list. If you add a gift message we will include one of our specially designed gift cards free of charge, with your message printed inside. We don’t gift wrap our Christmas Puddings, as customers have told us they prefer to know what their gift is before Christmas Day!
You can find out about the ingredients we use, and where they comes from, on our ingredients page.
Yes, our Christmas Puddings contain nuts (almonds), wheat and eggs.In addition, our breadcrumbs are made in a bakery that uses soya, mixed nuts, milk, cereals, celery, mustard and sesame.
Your Christmas Pudding can be stored at room temperature and should be put somewhere dark and dry, away from strong odours (the same place you would store a bag of flour or a box of cereal). We recommend a kitchen cupboard.
Our Christmas Puddings need to be steamed or boiled to bring out their full flavour. This can be done in a saucepan, steamer, pressure cooker, bain marie or slow cooker. The large one takes 2 hours, the medium one takes 1.5 hours, and the small one takes 1 hour. Full instructions can be found on the tag. We do not recommend microwaving our Christmas Puddings as they are made to an old-fashioned recipe and need to be heated in the old fashioned way for the best results.
Yes they are! We use vegetable suet and our ale contains no isinglass.
