Postage is charged at £2.95* per address for most parts of the UK. Please see our postage page for more details. *Nearer to Christmas our rates can change.
Unfortunately we only ship to UK addresses.
When ordering, check the ‘ship to a different address’ box and enter the details for delivery. You will need to place a separate order for each gift address, or alternatively you can contact us with your gift list and we’ll do the rest.
If you add a gift message we will include one of our specially designed gift cards free of charge, with your message printed inside. We don’t gift wrap our Christmas Puddings, as customers have told us they prefer to know what their gift is before Christmas Day!

Yes, our Christmas Puddings contain nuts (almonds), gluten (wheat and barley) and eggs. In addition, our breadcrumbs are made in a bakery that uses soya, mixed nuts, milk, cereals, celery, mustard and sesame.
Your Christmas Pudding can be stored at room temperature and should be put somewhere dark and dry, away from strong odours (the same place you would store a bag of flour or a box of cereal). We recommend a kitchen cupboard.
Full instructions can be found with your Christmas pudding. Our puddings in ceramic basins should be steamed. Our puddings in plastic basins can be microwaved if necessary, but you will find they have a better finish if steamed. For tips and tricks on steaming, see this article.
Yes they are! We use vegetable suet and our ale contains no isinglass. We also use free-range eggs.
We dispatch all Christmas Pudding orders to arrive in time for Christmas. If you need your order for a special event before Christmas, please let us know in plenty of time and we will make special arrangements. You can add a note when you order, but if the date is close, please also send us an email.
Yes, you should receive an automatic email shortly after placing your order (also check your spam folder). If this hasn’t happened, please contact us to ensure we have your order.
We publish our final order dates as Christmas approaches. Please check our postage page for the latest information. We often sell out before the last postage date, so please order early to avoid disappointment.
